Son to John Thomson farmer (?) in Cambusdenny in North Brittain....whereas David Henderson deceased did by His Last Will & Testament...(dated February 13, 1735) bequeathed to His Nephew George Henderson & to the Six children which his Sister Jennett Henderson had in Scotland by Andrew Thompson all his Estate both real and personal to be equally divided...whereas George Henderson one of the Legatees is since Dead...John Thompson is duly constituted lawfull attorney to (sell) all (David henderson's) lands Tenaments Negroes & all effects & Estate whatsoever..."
